Big hair. Big heart. Big mouth.
Babs' intense yet goofy stage presence combined with vulnerable and dark material have made her a staple of the Los Angeles alternative comedy scene. She recently co-starred in seasons one and two of "Corporate" on Comedy Central, and can be seen on Hulu’s “Coming to the Stage”, Nick Swardson's digital series “Typical Rick” and MTV’s “Acting Out”. She has been a contributing writer for the past three seasons of the hit show “Billy on the Street”, in addition to "Magic for Humans" on Netflix and "Rachel Dratch's Late Night Snack" on TruTV.
Along with touring all over the country, Babs has made multiple visits to SF Sketchfest and the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, where her performance was deemed ‘funny as get-out’ by the Portland Mercury. Barbara is also a co-host of the hit podcast “Lady to Lady”, which recently surpassed 5 million downloads from listeners all over the world. Described as “The funniest podcast ever” by BUST magazine, the ladies host an hour of strong pop culture opinions and embarrassing personal revelations. She also co-hosts the super-niche yet ultra-addictive "Britney's Gram", a podcast that focuses solely on...you guess it... Britney Spears' instagram feed.
Babs' first album "If I Did It" will be available in 2019 on A Special Thing Records.
